2025 Hook Em N Book Em Fishing Tournament Registration
Registration Instructions
Type your first and last name or the first and last name of the angler you want to register.
Click on the blue, "Continue" button. (It will say Registering to: All) below your name. Please disregard this.
Select your Group/Division from the dropdown. Select Officer for Officer Registrations and Non-Officer for Non-Officer Registrations.
Select your Shirt Size from the dropdown.
Type a good contact email and phone number for you.
Check the "Angler Groups Spot Pot" box, if you would like to enter into the Spot Pot Side Pot.
Check the, "I have read and agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and waivers of this tournament. By checking this box, this serves as your digital signature." box.
Click the, "Finalize & Make Payment" button and input your payment information.
